The terms you accept by using this website: what you may do with what's on it, who owns what, and what this site is and isn't. Nothing here is a quote or a contract for work — that comes later, in writing.

www.cevatronic.com is operated by Cevatronic Systems Limited (RC 9750428), a company incorporated in Nigeria with its registered office at Trinity Mall, 79 Obafemi Awolowo Way, Ikeja, Lagos State 101233, Nigeria.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of this website only.
Palmgrade is a separate product with its own terms of service, which govern its use by schools and their users. Nothing on this page grants any right to use Palmgrade.
If we agree to carry out work for you, that work is governed by a separate written agreement between us — scope, price, timing, ownership of what we build, and everything else. These terms do not create such an agreement and do not form part of one.
3. Using this site
You are welcome to read this site, link to it, and print or save pages for your own reference or to share internally with colleagues.
You may not:
- copy, republish or exploit substantial parts of this site for your own commercial purposes without our written permission
- systematically scrape, crawl or harvest the site or its content beyond ordinary search-engine indexing
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any system connected to it, or interfere with its normal operation
- present the site or its content in a way that suggests an association, endorsement or partnership that does not exist
- frame or embed the site within another site so as to misrepresent whose it is
4. Content and ownership
The text, design, layout, illustrations, code and arrangement of this site are owned by Cevatronic or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other rights.
The Cevatronic and Palmgrade names, logos and marks are ours.
The client projects shown on our work page belong to those clients. Their names, logos and the screenshots of their sites appear here as a record of work we delivered — not as a claim of ownership over their brands, and not as an endorsement of us by them unless separately stated.
5. The information on this site
This site is published for general information about our company, our products and the services we offer. We take care to keep it accurate, and we would rather say nothing than say something we cannot support.
Product capabilities and roadmap items describe the position at the time of writing and can change. We label what is available and what is not — Palmgrade is currently live, and the parts of it still being built are published as roadmap items rather than as features.
Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation, a price, or a commitment to deliver anything. No statement here forms a contract or a service level. If you need a commitment from us, ask us for one in writing.
6. Links to other sites
This site links to sites we do not control, including our clients' own websites and the Palmgrade site.
We link to them because they are relevant, not because we vouch for them. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your data — their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave here.
7. Availability
We aim to keep this site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or from reliance on anything published on it, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect, and using the site after that date means you accept it.
